About Me

Much like the institutional circle of life, my identity as a writer is a continuous work in progress—shaped by lived experience, reflection, and rhetorical engagement. I write to learn and to understand differing processes and ways of thinking so that I can communicate meaningfully with my intended audience—whether in the classroom, on a conference floor, in a meeting, or in an email. By studying and applying rhetorical strategies, I aim to bridge gaps in communication and make information more accessible, especially in the contexts of writing studies, policy, and health.
